APPOINTMENTS

Scheduling

Appointment times range from 50 to 120 minutes. Each appointment is planned specifically for the needs and interest of each client and may vary per visit.

We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in.

New clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to verify completion of paperwork, etc. We understand sometimes late arrival is unavoidable. Please call the office when possible to let us know you will be late. Be aware that late arrival will limit your time of services to stay on schedule for the next client.

Payment/Insurance

Coaching, Mediation, Collaborative Practice and Child Specialist Services are not billable to medical insurance companies and are based on an hourly rate.

Counseling is a service that is billable to medical insurance companies. I am currently in network with:
